Rising within the dynamic Kemayoran Business District of Jakarta, the South Tower marks the next stage of development for the Citra Towers by Ciputra Group. Designed as a vertical mixed-use ecosystem, it harmoniously integrates healthcare, business, and residential functions within a single, integrated landmark. The tower will feature eight floors of hospital facilities with 115 beds, two levels of medical suites, six floors of office spaces, and ten floors of serviced apartments—each thoughtfully arranged to promote efficiency, flexibility, and wellness in a dense urban fabric.

Anchored on a 6,130 m² site, the design emphasizes openness, light, and greenery, with 20% of the site dedicated to landscaped public spaces that soften the building’s urban edge. Complying with a 55% Building Coverage Ratio and a 4.7 Floor Area Ratio, the South Tower optimizes land use while maintaining a human-scaled experience. More than just a building, it is envisioned as an urban catalyst—a place where work, health, and community intersect—redefining the skyline and spirit of Kemayoran.
