The proposed educational facility is designed to accommodate approximately 1,500 to 1,800 students. Organized across multiple levels, the building includes classrooms for up to 40 students each, a top floor with administrative offices for seven staff members and a multipurpose hall, and a ground floor open to both students and the public with food, beverage, and retail spaces serving the school community and surrounding neighborhood. A basement level is dedicated to vehicle parking, ensuring efficient site circulation.
The architectural concept prioritizes climate responsiveness and sustainability, incorporating natural ventilation, shaded walkways, and greenery to create a comfortable learning environment while reducing energy demand. The design also emphasizes openness and connectivity, encouraging interaction between students, faculty, and the surrounding community, establishing a modern academic hub and a new landmark within the campus.
